What contemporary is all about
Contemporary blends the discipline of ballet with the freedom of release technique, floor work and improvisation. It teaches dancers to move from the inside out and to tell a story with the whole body.
It is a favourite of pre-vocational students and a beautiful counterpart to ballet and lyrical, developing fluidity, control and genuine artistry.
